- Food and Drink
The first thing to know is there is quite a walk from the drop off point / car parks, so to help with lugging all of your gear for the day, we have provided a cash bar – so that should off load quite a few kilos!!
Please bring whatever you need to eat for the day – unfortunately no BBQ’s or naked flames!! As there is a high risk of burning the lawn or a fire!!
Feel free to bring whatever you feel you will need for the day – please note, you will not be able to return to the car as the gates will be closed after 2.30pm.
We have arranged a big bar with plenty of staff and we really hope that you will buy your booze from us – it will help just a little towards the whole day...there will be wine, beer on tap, soft drinks, and Jagermeister for “Da Bomb”
Our resident Ice-cream van will be onsite all day.
More news to follow!
Festival style – enjoy!!
The Tribute Line Up

The Dolly Parton Experience, with Kenny! 5.30pm – 7.00pm

As you can see you will need some...Please note that there will be several things that you may need money for and there will be no cash point for miles so bring plenty!! ;-))
The Old Ruins at St Leonards Hill is a spectacular venue and the property that was first built dates back from the late Seventeen Century – it was bought by the Try Family in 1942 and has stayed in the family for their enjoyment and pleasure.
Please be courteous at all times – there are many beautiful rhododendrons and camellias (grown by the family) that will be in full bloom, they are to be admired not picked!
Please take time to visit the 400 year old oak tree (in the family zone) and the rest of the grounds – including (weather permitting) the amazing views of Windsor Castle and on a clear day you can see the arch at Wembley Stadium, The Gherkin and The Shard.
Enjoy the lawns and the forest - June works full time to keep the grounds looking like they do, and we hope that you and your guests will help us to look after them too on the day!!
There will be several people clearing up all day and a large skip will be available on your way back to the car – please be helpful and don’t drop your rubbish or your cigarette butts as someone will have to pick them up the next day – we will be giving out hundreds of black bin liners so please use them or take your rubbish home!!
- Weather & Wear
Yikes our only worry!!!
Please start your sun dances now and wish for a beautiful day
Unfortunately unless we otherwise advise – no gazebos – as this will spoil everyone’s view!!
Please dress accordingly – Wellies are a must, especially if it has rained and wet weather gear hopefully won’t be needed ;-))))))
Please bring layers, as even if we are lucky and have a lovely day the evening will be cold.
And don’t forget your sunscreen!!
This is private land owned and cared for with love – so please respect this
There will be loads of families with young children so please take this into consideration
And at the end of the day we are all family and friends of family and friends!!
So please let your hair down as much as you’d like but NO DRUGS!!
So, Rock On....... any other questions email [email protected]
See you there!!
